Preston Pardus is returning to the NASCAR Xfinity Series in 2025 with Pardus Racing, as the team has announced plans for a partial schedule, beginning with the race at Circuit of The Americas (COTA) on March 1. The road course ace, known for his strong performances on twisty layouts, will once again showcase his skills in select events throughout the season.
Pardus Racing’s 2025 Campaign Begins at COTA
Pardus has built a reputation as a formidable road course racer in the Xfinity Series, with multiple impressive runs in limited starts. His return at COTA, one of the most technical and challenging road courses on the NASCAR schedule, is a fitting start for his 2025 campaign.
“I’m excited to get back behind the wheel in the Xfinity Series and kick things off at COTA,” Pardus said. “We’ve had some solid performances in the past, and I’m looking forward to building on that this season.”
The team has not yet announced additional races beyond COTA, but given Pardus’ strengths, it’s likely that his schedule will include other road courses such as Indianapolis Road Course, Watkins Glen, and Road America—tracks where he has previously excelled.
A Road Course Specialist with Something to Prove
A former SCCA National Champion, Pardus has consistently delivered strong performances when given the opportunity. In his limited Xfinity Series starts over the past few seasons, he has turned heads with clean, competitive runs, often outpacing full-time drivers on road courses despite being in underfunded equipment.
In 2023 and 2024, Pardus scored multiple top-15 finishes, proving his ability to contend with NASCAR’s top rising stars. With another chance to showcase his talent in 2025, he hopes to make an even bigger impact.
What’s Next for Pardus Racing?
While the team is committed to a limited schedule, success in early races like COTA could open doors for additional starts. Sponsorship details and a full race lineup are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
For now, fans can look forward to seeing Preston Pardus back in action on March 1, aiming for a strong showing at COTA and solidifying his place as one of NASCAR’s best road course ringers.
