Elektra Lopez, whose real name is Karissa Rivera, had been a regular on WWE’s SmackDown for a year as a member of Santos Escobar’s Legado Del Fantasma, but her contract was terminated in February 2025.
Recent reports from Lucha Libre Online indicate that Lopez was present backstage at the AEW pay-per-view just a month after her WWE departure. She had been viewed as a promising talent in WWE, demonstrated by her successful four-year period in NXT where she wrestled alongside figures like Roxanne Perez and B-Fab. Nonetheless, her appearances were mostly in a managerial capacity with Legado Del Fantasma, alongside Santos Escobar, Angel, and Berto. Her final match in WWE took place on December 6, 2024.
It remains uncertain if Lopez will make a move to AEW in the near future.
