U.S. District Court Judge Kenneth Bell announced today that he approved a preliminary injunction for 23XI and Front Row for 2025. In his filing, he mentioned that driver Bubba Wallace told 23XI that he needs to find out how they plan to compete “immediately” so he can look for opportunities with other teams.
