Danica Patrick and Tony Stewart to Join Forces in FOX’s 2025 Indy 500 Broadcast Booth

In a significant shift for motorsports broadcasting, FOX Sports has secured the rights to air the Indianapolis 500 starting in 2025, marking the end of NBC’s 16-year tenure covering the event. This move aligns FOX with both the Indy 500 and NASCAR’s Daytona 500, two of the most prestigious races in the world.

As part of this new broadcasting era, FOX has announced that former racing stars Danica Patrick and Tony Stewart will serve as analysts for the 2025 Indy 500 coverage. They will join host Chris Myers in the pre-race and post-race segments, bringing their extensive racing experience to the broadcast.

Danica Patrick, known for her groundbreaking achievements in both IndyCar and NASCAR, has previously served as a studio analyst for NBC’s Indy 500 broadcasts since 2019.  Tony Stewart, a three-time NASCAR Cup Series champion and former IndyCar driver, brings a wealth of knowledge and charisma to the booth.

The inclusion of Patrick and Stewart is part of FOX’s strategy to enhance its motorsports coverage with familiar and respected voices from the racing community. Their insights are expected to provide viewers with in-depth analysis and a deeper understanding of the race dynamics.

The 2025 Indianapolis 500 will be the first time FOX broadcasts the event, and the network has committed to comprehensive coverage, including all 17 IndyCar races and the two days of qualifying for the Indy 500.

Fans can look forward to this new chapter in Indy 500 broadcasting, with Patrick and Stewart bringing their unique perspectives to one of the most iconic events in motorsports.
