Kyle Busch Signs Contract Extension with Richard Childress Racing Through 2026
May 24, 2025 — Two-time NASCAR Cup Series champion Kyle Busch will remain behind the wheel of the No. 8 Chevrolet for Richard Childress Racing (RCR) through the 2026 season, the team announced today.
The contract extension reaffirms the commitment between one of NASCAR’s most accomplished drivers and one of its most storied teams. Busch, who joined RCR in 2023, has brought a wealth of experience and competitiveness to the organization. The new deal ensures that the partnership will continue into at least its fourth year.
