Isaiah Bond Files Federal Complaint Against Accuser Amid Sexual Assault Allegations

Texas Longhorns wide receiver and NFL draft prospect Isaiah Bond has filed a federal complaint against the woman who accused him of sexual assault. This development follows Bond’s recent surrender to Frisco, Texas, police on a sexual assault warrant, after which he was released on bail.

In the complaint, Bond alleges that he was targeted by a woman eight years his senior, who pursued him, sent explicit content, and ultimately set him up for financial gain. The complaint also states that the accuser demanded $5,000 from Bond and made indirect threats, including telling him to “be careful not to catch a case.”

Bond’s agent, Damien Butler, disseminated the complaint to all 32 NFL teams, emphasizing Bond’s innocence and his eagerness to continue his football career. Bond, 21, is projected as a second- or third-round pick in the upcoming NFL Draft. He has publicly denied the allegations, calling them “patently false” and expressing his commitment to cooperating with authorities.

As the draft approaches, teams will closely monitor the legal proceedings and assess the potential impact on Bond’s draft status.
